Pieta brings a real passion for data and analytics, technical expertise, practical common sense and the ability to see the big picture to PwC’s clients. She’s focused on doing work that really adds value and can be measured. Pieta believes broad thinking form multiple disciplines is critical to analytics success and her data science ‘dream team’ comprises technical expertise alongside psychology, anthropology and design.
Her strength is bridging and translating between the technical and business domains to deliver practical solutions for her clients and challenging teams to think differently. She’s just as comfortable working across code and technology as direct marketing and data strategy.
Pieta’s career has spanned all things data and numbers since a brief foray into law early on. She studied Law/Science and has since been a management consultant, statistician, data miner, Insights Manager, Chief Analytics Officer and most recently, Head of Data. Pieta has a Masters of Professional Studies in Data Science and is on the Marketing Association’s Data Advisory Group.
She loves to get outdoors, especially hiking and scuba diving. A total bookworm, foodie and animal lover she also treasures time with family and friends and yoga.
