Sonya is Chief Innovation Officer for the SKYCITY Entertainment Group. This role focuses on key strategic opportunities to grow new shareholder value through reimagining the future of entertainment. Sonya has a strong background in digital innovation, most recently driving a number of global initiatives at Fonterra. Her earlier career includes a focus on data driven and customer oriented businesses, holding executive roles with Datamine and Affinity ID and, earlier again, in senior management roles with a range of organisations in New Zealand and abroad including McCann Global and Saatchi & Saatchi. Sonya is a past President of the Association for New Zealand Advertisers, Director on the Board of the SPCA and a regular guest lecturer in digital and strategic marketing.
