Susan has spent three years at Westpac. In her current role as Governance and Analytics Manager she is responsible for data governance activities, including information management standards, processes and guidelines, and data quality.
Susan has more than twenty years of experience in the data and insight industry, and has worked across a range of industries. In addition to Westpac, some of the major companies she has worked at include BNZ, Vodafone, and NZ Post.
Susan is active in the analytics industry in NZ, mentoring others, arranging events, and sharing new ideas and information to benefit and grow our industry. This includes being on the committee of the NZ Analytics Forum.
Examining effective strategies for implementing an enterprise-wide data management framework. Discussing how you can successfully building data policies, standards and frameworks. Avoiding the potential pitfalls and challenges.
